We recommend that all CommentSold shops connect a Stripe business account to take advantage of some of features like Waitlist Preauthorization and Comment Charge that are only available with Stripe. You can learn more about these features in other Help Center articles! If you do not already have a business account with Stripe, you can create one here. Click the Setup tab in your CommentSold admin dashboard. Click on Payment Gateways and locate the section for Stripe (it's at the top!). Click the blue "Connect with Stripe" button. You will be taken to your Stripe account. You will see the CommentSold logo and a form you must complete to allow CommentSold access to your Stripe account. After you fill out the form, click the button to "Authorize access to this account." You will be redirected to your CommentSold dashboard. Confirm that Stripe is connected. You should see a green "Connected" label next to a message that "Your Stripe account is connected!" with your account number.

As with any membership system, it is possible for one member to signup, and then share their username with someone else; or even post it online for the whole world to see. This is known as username sharing. It is not likely that you'll be attacked in this way, but it's not a bad idea to protect your system; just in case somebody tries this. s2Member's Simultaneous Login Monitoring will help you prevent a security breach. The rules are simple. A single username can only have X number of simultaneous logins (configurable). Once that limit is reached, s2Member assumes there has been a security breach. At that time, s2Member will place a temporary ban (preventing access) and the offending username will be unable to login until somebody else (who is already logged into the account) has logged-out; clearing the way for someone new.
